Order system

Orders that enter themselves, without copying anything by hand.

Orders that come in through WhatsApp, email or the website are entered in one place. The customer gets a confirmation, the warehouse knows right away and stock is updated.

Short answer

The MyLeads order system loads orders that arrive by WhatsApp, email or the website on its own, confirms them to the customer, alerts the warehouse and updates stock. Orders sent as messages are reviewed before they are confirmed. It is designed for distributors, wholesalers and manufacturers that sell to stores. It is built to measure and quoted after a free 30-minute call.

Does any of this sound familiar?

1

Orders copied by hand

Someone copies every WhatsApp message into a spreadsheet or the invoicing system.

2

Data entry errors

One mistyped code and the wrong product ships.

3

The warehouse finds out late

The order reaches the person who packs it hours later.

4

The customer asks about their order

There's no easy way to tell them where it stands.

What the system does.

Ordering by website or form

Your customer builds the order from your catalog and prices, without writing long messages.

Automatic entry

Orders that come in through WhatsApp or email are organized and entered, ready for review, without copying by hand.

Customer confirmation

They get an email with the details of what they ordered and when it will arrive.

Warehouse alert

The person who packs the order sees it right away, with the list ready to go.

Stock up to date

Each order is deducted from stock, and you get an alert when something is running low.

Order status

Received, being prepared, shipped: your team and the customer know where it stands.

What it's built with

We use what you already have and add what's missing. On the outside it's tailored; on the inside we use pieces we have already tested, which is why it's up and running quickly.

  • Your catalog and price list
  • Order form or store
  • AI reading of WhatsApp and email orders
  • Orders and stock spreadsheet or database
  • Alerts to the warehouse and the customer
  • Connection to your invoicing system, if it allows it

How much time it frees up

Example: if entering an order takes 10 minutes and 60 come in each week, that's 10 hours a week, about 480 hours a year, not counting errors.

FAQ

What people ask us before getting started.

01

Do my customers have to stop ordering on WhatsApp?

No. They can keep messaging you as always. The system reads the order and enters it so someone can review and confirm it. If they prefer, we also give them a form or a store to order directly.
02

Does it connect to my invoicing system?

It depends on the system. Many allow connections; if yours doesn't, we keep orders in an organized spreadsheet or database so you can invoice without copying.
03

What if the AI misreads an order?

Orders that come in by message wait for review before they're confirmed. AI saves the typing, but a person gives the OK.
04

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many products, channels and connections there are. We start with a free 30-minute call, and then we send you a proposal with a fixed quote.
