Manufacturers that already work with their website
In this sector, what sets each website apart is how it handles quotes. These are projects we've built:
- Montecarlo Baterías, part of Grupo Rivero Hnos. since 1976, with warehouses in Tortuguitas, Bosques and Villa de Mayo: website and online store with a catalog, quotes, vehicle paperwork services and insurance in one place.
- Cerealf S.A., equine nutrition in Open Door, Luján: alfalfa rolls, bales, oats with their test weight, corn and wood shavings. The site explains that they work by truck or full rig and leads to a WhatsApp quote request with freight to the customer's town.
- DG Trailers Náuticos, a boat trailer manufacturer in Tigre: real jobs by boat model and a "build your trailer" tool that draws an approximate plan and sends the order by WhatsApp.
- MultiBOMBAS, water pumps in Guaymallén, Mendoza: a calculator suggests which pump each customer needs for their house, pool or irrigation.
- BT4x4, a 4x4 bumper manufacturer in Caracas: a configurator by pickup model and use, and the "anatomy" of each part to explain why it's worth what it costs.
- Dozer Vial Services, technical service for road and heavy machinery based in Cuyo: the form asks for the equipment, the fault and the location to point the customer in the right direction from the first contact.
- Omar Chapas, a metal shed manufacturer in Bella Vista: services, real projects and a one-click quote request.
Some sectors have their own guide: road machinery and services (in Spanish), aluminum windows and doors (in Spanish), agribusiness and animal nutrition (in Spanish) and boating (in Spanish).
The catalog: what to show and what not to
An industrial buyer arrives with a specific need and little time. What helps most:
| Show | Avoid |
|---|---|
| Product lines with their application ("for irrigation", "for fleets") | A list of codes with no explanation |
| Technical data as text: sizes, materials, capacities | All the information inside a PDF or an image |
| Commercial terms: minimums, coverage, delivery times | "Ask us" everywhere |
| Photos of the plant, the warehouse or real jobs | Generic stock photos |
| The brands you make or distribute | Logos with no context |
What about prices? It depends on the business. Some publish them (or a "from" price), others prefer to quote case by case. If you have different prices for distributors and end customers, a private login area for wholesalers can be built as part of an Enterprise project.
Quote builders and configurators
It's the feature that saves your sales team the most time. Instead of ten back-and-forth messages to figure out what the customer needs, the website asks the questions and the request arrives complete:
- The customer picks the product or the use (for example, the model of their boat or pickup).
- They choose the options: size, quantity, accessories, location.
- The website writes the message and opens it in WhatsApp, or sends it by form to your email or your CRM.
If leads are already coming in but getting lost between messages and spreadsheets, the next step is to organize them in a CRM for small businesses like Pipedrive.
What to ask for in the quote form
A good industrial form asks for just enough to quote right the first time, without scaring the customer off with twenty fields. Some examples by type of business:
| Business | Data worth asking for |
|---|---|
| Bulk supplies (like Cerealf) | Product, quantity or load unit, delivery town. |
| Made-to-order manufacturing (like DG Trailers or BT4x4) | Base model or size, use, accessories, color or finish. |
| Technical service (like Dozer Vial) | Equipment, make and model, fault and location. |
| Catalog products (like MultiBOMBAS) | What they need it for and details of the installation. |
B2B, distributors and wholesalers
- A section for distributors with the terms to join.
- A map or list of points of sale, if you sell through others.
- Downloadable spec sheets for whoever has to present the product inside their company.
- A customer sign-up form with the tax details you need.
Show up when people search for what you make
Buyers search by product and application ("boat trailer manufacturer", "alfalfa rolls for horses with delivery") and more and more of them ask ChatGPT or Gemini for suppliers. A website with one page per product line, technical data as text and consistent company details is what gets you there. We handle that in GEO and SEO.
Which plan is right for you?
| Your case | Plan | Price (one-time payment) |
|---|---|---|
| A few product lines and quotes by WhatsApp | Starter | ARS 450,000 - ARS 600,000 |
| A large catalog, technical blog, forms to a CRM, two languages | Full | ARS 750,000 - ARS 950,000 |
| Online store, custom quote builder, distributor area or integrations | Enterprise | Custom |
Prices as published in /planes. A custom calculator or configurator is quoted together with the design proposal.
