How we work: from the first chat to the published site

Visual proposal, 50% deposit, design, review with you and launch. What happens at each step and how long it takes.

Short answer

At MyLeads a website is made in five steps: a 30-minute first chat, a free visual proposal in 3 to 5 days, a 50% deposit if you like it, design and review with you, and launch with the remaining 50%. At every stage you know what comes next and what you pay.

Most of the businesses that write to us have never hired a website before. That's why the process is designed so you always know what comes next, how long it takes and what gets paid when.

1. Initial chat

Thirty minutes by video call or WhatsApp. You tell us what your business does, who you sell to and what you want to happen when someone lands on the site: book, write to you, see the menu. With that we already know which sections you need.

2. Visual proposal

In three to five days we show you how it would look: the structure, the style and the first screens designed with your brand. It's not a generic sketch, it's your site. And it's free: if it doesn't convince you, nothing happens.

3. 50% deposit

If you like it, we get started. The deposit reserves your delivery date, and we ask you for the materials: logo, photos, and copy if you have it. If you don't, we put it together with you.

4. Design and review

We design the full site. When it's ready we go over it with you, with two rounds of adjustments included. This stage takes one to three weeks depending on the size of the project.

5. Launch and final 50%

We connect the site to your domain, get it indexed on Google and hand over all the access along with a short training so you can edit it yourself. The remaining 50% is paid once the site is live.

You see the site before you pay the first installment. That's the deal.

Prices and timelines for each plan are in how much a website costs. And you can take the first step today: request your free visual proposal.
